1 Binding Agreement

By accessing PDF AI at pdfai.co.in (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and voluntarily agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are strictly prohibited from using the Service and must exit the website immediately.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EU) to use this Service. By using PDF AI, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2 Acceptable Usage Policy

By using PDF AI, you agree that you will NOT use this Service to:

  • Upload documents that violate any local, national, or international laws.
  • Distribute malware, ransomware, viruses, or malicious code disguised as PDF files.
  • Attempt to bypass, hack, or probe site security systems.
  • Conduct DDoS attacks, bot scraping, or automated abuse of our infrastructure.
  • Upload content that infringes on copyright, patents, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or violates any third party's rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our source code or algorithms.
Enforcement Notice

We reserve the right to permanently block IP addresses and report illegal activity to law enforcement authorities. Violations may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable Indian and international laws.

3 Intellectual Property

The Service design, source code, algorithms, branding, and all associated content are the exclusive intellectual property of PDF AI and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Your Content Rights

We do not claim ownership over the files you upload. You retain full copyright and intellectual property rights over all your documents processed through our service.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from PDF AI's interface, design, or source code without explicit written permission.

4 Strict Data Erasure Protocol

Our servers operate on a strict 60-Minute Auto-Destruction cycle. After exactly 60 minutes from upload, all files are permanently and irrecoverably wiped from our systems.

  • No Backup Retention: Files are not copied to any backup or archive system.
  • No Recovery Possible: Once deleted, files cannot be recovered by anyone including our own staff.
  • No Ownership Claimed: PDF AI claims no rights over your document contents.
User Responsibility

You are responsible for downloading your processed files before the 60-minute window expires. PDF AI is not liable for any loss resulting from failure to download within this period.

5 Limitation of Liability

AS-IS Service Disclaimer

PDF AI is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PDF AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including but not limited to data loss, corruption, or loss of profits arising from your use of this Service.

  • No Uptime Guarantee: We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.
  • No Accuracy Guarantee: Processing results may vary. Always verify output files before use.
  • Backup Responsibility: Always maintain your own backups of important documents.

6 No Affiliate Marketing Policy

Transparency Notice

PDF AI does not participate in any affiliate or referral marketing programs. We earn no commission, referral fees, or incentives from any product, service, or website recommendations made on this platform. Our tool recommendations are purely based on utility.

7 Official Website Clarification

Official Domain Notice

pdfai.co.in is our one and only official website. We are not affiliated with, connected to, or responsible for any other website using similar names on different domains (e.g., pdfai.com, pdf-ai.com, etc.). Beware of impostors.

8 User Responsibility

As a user of PDF AI, you are solely responsible for:

  • Legality of Content: Ensuring that all documents you upload are legally owned by you or that you have the right to process them.
  • Compliance with Laws: Ensuring your use of this Service complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
  • Account Security: While PDF AI requires no registration, you are responsible for the security of any device used to access this Service.
  • Accuracy Verification: Verifying the accuracy and integrity of any processed output before relying on it for professional, legal, or commercial purposes.
  • Timely Download: Downloading your processed files within the 60-minute window before they are permanently deleted.
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold PDF AI harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms.

9 Service Changes & Termination

PDF AI reserves the right to:

  • Modify Services: Add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or tool at any time without prior notice.
  • Update Terms: Revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be effective upon posting with a revised "Last Updated" date.
  • Terminate Access: Suspend or permanently ban any user who violates these Terms without notice or liability.
  • Service Downtime: Perform maintenance or upgrades that may temporarily affect availability.
Continued Use = Acceptance

Your continued use of PDF AI after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

10 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically:

  • Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments
  • Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
  • Indian Contract Act, 1872
  • Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (where applicable)

Any legal dispute, claim, or action arising from or relating to this Service shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Maharashtra, India. By using this Service, you consent to this jurisdiction.
